Commissions are for personal use only.

I have the right to refuse any request.

All commissions are digital products.

Prices listed are baseline. Additional costs may be applied depending on the complexity of your request.

If requesting art of existing IPs, I reserve the right to sell the finished art on digital marketplaces.

As the artist, I maintain the right to stream, share, and post commissions to my social media. You may request to remain anonymous.

I accept payment through Paypal only.

Payment is due in full within 10 days of invoice receipt. If payment is not received by the due date, the commission request will be cancelled and removed from my queue.

A partial refund may be requested after receiving the detailed sketch.

No refunds will be given after you have approved the detailed sketch.

Commissions begin upon receiving payment and will be completed within 30-60 days unless otherwise specified.

I will send out WIPs at major points along the pipeline and will require approval before I continue any further.

Minor changes may be requested at any point during the creation process.

Any large edits, redraws, or significant changes must be paid for.

After receiving the finished art, you are free to edit, crop, and resize the art as you desire so long as credit is given to me as the original artist.

My art may NOT be used in any AI training.

I will NEVER participate in the buying or selling of NFTs.

My art is strictly prohibited from being bought or sold as NFTs.
